The sellers accepted our offer on this place today. We still have to go through inspections and appraisal, but looks like it could be ours by June 30th!

Only disappointing thing when we saw it in person is that though it has 3 doors, its really a 2.5 car garage as the farthest left door has a short spot because of the stairs. It’ll leave more space for the other cars which is good, but wish it was a full 3 car. Maybe a Morgan 3 Wheeler will fit .

I’ve seen some neighborhoods where the third garage door is inten ded for a golf cart. Golf life, yo!

You’re exactly who I was thinking about haha. It’s not that deep of a garage which is meh but it’s basically moved to the side with the third door. It looks like the owner has a newer  Canyon parked in there pretty snug.

my house has a half car garage.....

previous owner or tenant got jelous of the neighbours garage...so he built an extension to the shed that connects to their garage and put a garage door in it....the original shed is still in one piece and takes up about a third of the space behind that door...

its kinda funny..... but fucking useless

Half-bay sounds like a really got spot for a lathe, maybe a bridgeport, some nice shelving, air compressor, and a good workbench.

Thanks! We had no idea we would be able to afford any house like this. We were looking at way older house but sacrificed just a little drive to get this place. Still an expensive house. We’ll be living right for 2 years while my wife is in school but after that we’ll be partying.  3800+ sq feet (Lordy), a fenced in back yard for the greyhounds, and still not a ton to maintain.
